Where can I review the Hotel NOVALIS Dresden?

The 3-Star-Superior Hotel NOVALIS Dresden can be evaluated online in all common hotel websites: Hotel Navigator,...,... (must be supplemented). In addition we will highly appreciate your feedback regarding our hotel via the guest evaluation sheet.

What is the check-in time?

On the day of arrival your room will be available to you as of 3 p.m.

What is the check-out time?

We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure, so that we can prepare it for subsequent guests. Thank you for your understanding!

When is the reception desk open?

Always! We offer a 24-hour service at the Hotel NOVALIS in Dresden. You can submit your wishes and requests to the reception desk at any time - day or night. We will take care of you immediately.

How is a cancellation process performed and is it free?

For individual travelers and groups up to 9 persons, the cancellation is free of charge until 1 week prior to the arrival. If, as a guest you do not utilize the contractually agreed upon services, you shall be obliged to pay the agreed upon or customary price, minus the expenses saved by the hotel operator which amount to 10% of the rate for the overnight stay and breakfast.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! You can bring your pet to our Hotel NOVALIS in Dresden. Please let us know in advance, so we can reserve an appropriate room for you and your pet. The surcharge is € 8.00 per day and per animal.

Are there smoking-rooms at the Hotel NOVALIS Dresden?

Yes, we offer a few rooms - SR and DR - as smoking rooms. Please contact us so that we can comply with your request. (smoking rooms are separated from the non-smoking rooms)

Is there a possibility for (small) children to stay at the hotel?

Yes. For each room type there is the option to add an extra bed or a children's bed. The special highlight: Children up to 12 years can spend the night in their parent's room for free! Please, also inform yourself about our family rooms. Additionally, your child can use an available high seat in the Bistro & Restaurant during breakfast. We will gladly warm up special baby and infant food for you. If you have any further questions about this topic, please contact our reception desk.

Are there offers for diabetics?

When setting up our extensive breakfast buffet, we also provide offerings for diabetics, for example, special diet jams. If there is still something missing, please mention this to our service staff. We will gladly try to cater to your needs.

There are allergy-free rooms available?

At the Hotel NOVALIS Dresden new allergy-free rooms have recently been made available. It fulfills all the requirements, so that allergy-sufferers can feel at home with us: smoke and pet-free, without plants, suitable for mite-allergy sufferers, without carpets, as well as allergologically and dermatologically tested personal care products and many other features. Contact us if you're an allergy-sufferer, so that we can reserve the appropriate room for you.

To I have the opportunity to park my bicycle in a weather-protected area?

Yes. With our free of charge bicycle and motorbike garage, we offer our guests the option to park their own bikes weather-protected and theft-proof.

Where can I Park?

If you arrive by car, you can park easily and directly in front of the Hotel NOVALIS Dresden. Parking for 4,60 € / day depending on availability, no reservation possible. The directions on how to find us can be found under "Directions".

Do you offer a wake-up service?

We will gladly wake you up with a call to your room phone at your desired time.

What languages does your staff speak?

Our staff members at the reception desk speak German, English and French.

What are the hours and prices for the breakfast? Is the breakfast included in the accommodation price?

A comprehensive breakfast buffet will be available to you daily between 6:30 - 10:00 a.m. The breakfast is included in the accommodation price.

Is there a laundry service?

Yes. We will gladly convey your dirty laundry or soiled shoes to the laundry service or dry cleaners. You will receive your clothing items back within 24 hours.
